About the presenter(s)

Dr Melissa Stephens is the Clinical Sales Manager for Pearson Clinical Assessment, Australia and New Zealand. She is a registered and endorsed Clinical Neuropsychologist and Principal Supervisor with AHPRA’s Psychology Board of Australia. Melissa is a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Neuropsychologists (CCN) and has published research in the field of neuropsychology and sleep disorders. She has over 25 years’ experience in neuropsychology, clinical psychology, and organisational psychology and has worked across clinical, corporate, and private practice settings. Melissa has extensive experience in tertiary education and served in a number of roles on the APS College of Clinical Neuropsychologists National Executive and Victorian State Committees, and the APS Test and Testing Expert Group (TTEG).

Claire Howells is an Education and Healthcare Consultant at Pearson Clinical Assessment, supporting practitioners across Victoria and the Northern Territory. As an Occupational Therapist, Claire brings a strong understanding of clinical application, school-based practice, and assessment implementation. She now works closely with schools, health services, and tertiary institutions to support the effective use of Pearson’s assessment tools, including upcoming updates like the WAIS-5 A&NZ.
