Deakin’s School of Psychology is one of the largest and most progressive psychology departments in Australia. We are one of five Schools within the Faculty of Health, and have a strong presence in Melbourne, Geelong and Warrnambool. The School of Psychology is home to over 130 research/academic staff and our research is rated as well above world standards (Excellence in Research Australia). The School offers four accredited post graduate professional programs which includes the Master of Psychology (Organisational).
The Master of Psychology (Organisational) program aims to develop the next generation of organisational psychology scientist-practitioners. The program is committed to developing strong partnerships with industry and the organisational psychology community. These partnerships are central to our mission to ensure the relevance of the training opportunities provided to our students and to answer questions that make a difference in the application of psychology to the world of work.
