Presentation - seminar Event

A Co-Design Masterclass - Designing the Future of SA Org Psych

Overview

Join us for an interactive workshop that combines professional development with strategic influence.

Moving beyond standard feedback sessions, this event is designed as a Human-Centred Design (HCD) intensive learning session.

Working in mixed teams of students and professionals, you will learn the "Double Diamond" innovation framework and immediately apply it to a real-world challenge: co-designing the future value proposition of the SA College.

This is your chance to learn a valuable consulting framework, build genuine connections across career stages and ensure the committee delivers what you actually need.

We recommend arriving at 5pm to allow some time for networking and having something to eat and drink. The workshop will commence promptly at 5.30pm.

Learning Outcomes

  • Get hands-on with Human-Centred Design: Gain practical experience with the "Double Diamond" framework and tools (such as Empathy Mapping and Rapid Prototyping) applicable to internal and external organisational consulting.
  • Enhance Professional Networks: Build meaningful connections through structured collaboration between students and practitioners.
  • Strategic Co-Creation: Develop skills in evaluating "Impact vs. Feasibility" when designing organisational interventions or events.
