The APS Perth Branch is delighted to invite you to the inaugural "Evenings With" event series.
This four-part series will explore different aspects of a single topic in depth, with our first focus being Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Each event runs for 90 minutes from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
You can register for the entire series or choose individual sessions that interest you.

PART 4 (9 July 2025): AI FOR PSYCHOEDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL GROWTH
Focus:
The novel applied ways AI can help psychologists create resources, stay updated on research, and enhance practice offerings.
Brief Overview:
Explore how AI can supercharge how you create psychoeducational materials, keep up with the latest research, and expand your practice offerings. From developing handy worksheets for clients to leveraging AI for streamlined, professional development, this session will leave you with fresh ideas for harnessing tech in a clinically sound, ethically informed way.

Presenter(s)
Dr. Oliver Guidetti
About the presenter(s)
Dr. Oliver Guidetti is a cyber psychology and AI researcher specialising in human factors in cyber security. With a background in mathematics, psychology, and AI, his work enhances cognitive performance and digital resilience.
He holds a BSc in Mathematics and Psychology, a BSc (Hons) in Psychology (First Class), and a Doctorate from Edith Cowan University, where he studied vigilance decrement in cyber defence. His research applies AI-driven solutions to optimise threat detection and human performance.
He has lectured at Edith Cowan and Charles Darwin Universities, supervised HDR projects, and collaborated with government and industry partners. His expertise spans eye tracking, fNIRS, cognitive task design, and AI applications in psychology.
A public speaker and industry collaborator, he translates cutting-edge research into practical solutions for cyber security, AI, and human cognition.
