The APS held its 2022 Annual General Meeting on Friday, 18 November 2022.
APS members considered one ordinary resolution and one special resolution to amend our Constitution.
Ordinary resolutions are carried when 50% or more of votes cast are in favour.
Special resolutions are carried when 75% or more of votes cast are in favour.
Ordinary Resolution: Increase APS Director fees by a maximum of 2.5%
Carried with 80.95% voting in favour.
Special Resolution: Amendment of the APS Constitution to enable wholly virtual general meetings and correct a typographical error
Carried with 100% voting in favour.
The results of the 2022 Board of Directors election were announced. The successful candidates were:
