As part of its commitment to supporting psychologists through regulatory change, the APS is delivering a webinar series designed to help members understand and apply the revised AHPRA Code of conduct and updated Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) Professional competencies for psychologists.
This series is part of the APS’s broader effort to ensure psychologists are informed, confident, and equipped to meet new regulatory expectations while maintaining ethical, culturally safe, and professional practice.

1. Introduction to the new AHPRA Code of conduct and Professional competencies for psychologists
This webinar will provide an essential introduction to the revised Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Code of conduct for psychologists and the updated Professional competencies for psychologists as outlined by the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA).
The session is designed to familiarise psychologists with the regulatory expectations guiding ethical, culturally safe, and professional practice across diverse settings.

Foundational. This activity is targeted to those new to the topic.
Target audience
Registered psychologists, provisionally registered psychologists, psychology educators and supervisors.
Duration of access
This webinar will be recorded. Access to the recording and presenter slides is for 12 months from the date of confirmed registration.
