Overview

CGU presents a series of webinars to provide practitioners with useful and practical guidance on a range of topics focussing on insurance claims.

This webinar will cover:

  • what practitioners are required to provide and to whom, and

  • how to respond to Subpoenas to ensure compliance with relevant obligations.

Jock Inness-Campbell has worked at DLA in its litigation and insurance team for near-on 20 years, with a particular focus on professional services litigation and complex liability disputes. Jock’s commitment to knowing and understanding his clients is reflected in the fact that a large number of these have continued to work with him since the beginning of his career.
