Overview

CGU presents a series of webinars to provide practitioners with useful and practical guidance on a range of topics focussing on insurance claims.

This webinar will provide a summary of recent case examples and practical guidance on psychologist conduct, sexual misconduct and how to manage conduct issues outside the workplace.

Scott Shelly is a principal in BN’s Insurance & Health team based in Melbourne. Scott is an expert in the health sector; his areas of speciality are professional indemnity and management liability and has extensive experience acting for insurers, professionals, government departments and agencies, health practitioners, and health service providers. Scott has acted in numerous medical negligence claims against health care providers, hospitals, and health practitioners. He has acted for and defended a variety of medical and health industry professionals including medical practitioners, psychologists, dentists, physiotherapists, radiologists, and a range of allied health professionals. Scott will discuss fitness to work based on psychologists conduct outside work & Unprofessional/ sexual misconduct.
