I am a Clinical Psychologist who has previously worked in the public health system. I have a range of experience in providing assessment and therapy to adults who are experiencing concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties including adjustment to illness, obsessive-compulsive disorder, cancer support, poor self-confidence, low self-esteem, stress, sleep disorders, life transition difficulties, grief and loss, disordered eating, and body image concerns.
I work with individuals in a collaborative, supportive, and empathic manner to assist them to achieve a greater understanding of the difficulties they may be experiencing, to build on their existing strengths and develop new skill sets, and to work toward achieving their therapeutic goals.
I offer evidence based therapies, drawing primarily on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).
