Anita is a registered psychologist and board-approved supervisor who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She provides psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy tailored to each person�s needs and goals.
Anita supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, adjustment difficulties, eating and body image concerns, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, including abuse, neglect, and domestic violence.
Her approach is warm, and collaborative, with a strong focus on building a safe, trusting, and consistent therapeutic relationship. Anita uses an integrative approach to therapy, adapting evidence-based strategies to best support meaningful and lasting change.
Anita works with clients through Medicare, private referrals, Victims Services, NDIS, Open Arms/DVA, and WorkCover/SIRA.
