Kate is a registered psychologist with over twenty years of experience working with a diverse range of clients. She holds a Master of Counselling Psychology and is currently undertaking further training in Clinical Psychology. Kate works with adults, parents, children and couples, supporting people through a wide range of personal and relational challenges.
She has extensive experience working with shame, worthiness, vulnerability and courage, as well as anxiety and depression, grief and loss, psychological first aid, stress and time management, and the ongoing demands of maintaining mental wellbeing.
Kate is trained in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy. She tailors her approach to each individual, helping clients build emotional resilience, understand long-standing patterns and create meaningful, lasting change.
