Elly Wallace is a registered psychologist with a Master of Psychology (Sport and Exercise). She is currently completing the Psychology Board of Australia registrar program toward endorsement as a Sport and Exercise Psychologist.

Elly supports individuals to build confidence, manage challenges, and improve mental wellbeing. She takes a client-centred approach and draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based strategies to help clients work toward their goals.

Elly works with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, and life transitions, and provides individual therapy, psychological assessment, and treatment planning through both telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

She also works within sport and performance settings, supporting athletes, dancers, and performers with mental skills, performance pressure, and wellbeing.

Prior to psychology, Elly trained and performed as a professional ballet dancer across Australia and Europe.
