My practice as a Psychologist spans over 25 years with experience of working in diverse mental health settings in Australia, New Zealand and India. My practicein the Hills District of Sydney spans over 13 years. I Psychological services are offered for a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss. My areas of special interest include - PTSD, Peri Natal mental health, Veterans mental health, and Work Related stress. I am a Work Cover approved counsellor and am registered with Medicare. I believe in continually upskilling myself and provide a range of therapies such as ACT, CBT, EMDR, IFS as suited and tailored to the needs of the client. My aim is to provide a safe, empathic and professional therapeutic environment for clients which allows them to work through their issues, learn skills and lead more satisfiesd lives.
