Katrina Wallace has accumulated clinical experience across various environments, including mental health wards, private practices, and return-to-work programs. Katrina tailors a range of modalities to meet each client�s specific needs. Her approach integrates methods from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), client-focused therapy, Mindfulness, trauma-informed therapy, attachment theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She addresses a wide array of issues such as anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, complex trauma, and Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).
