Stef is a registered psychologist experienced in supporting individuals across a broad range of mental health concerns. She has a particular interest in trauma, including attachment trauma, and in supporting adolescent mental health.

Stef is especially drawn to understanding how early relational experiences shape the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and respond to stress. Her work in this area focuses on helping young people and adults make sense of their experiences, develop emotional regulation skills, and build safer, more secure ways of connecting with themselves and others.
