I have worked as a Clinical Psychologist for nearly 20 years. I have worked with people experiencing an array of mental health issues and conditions such as Post &Peri Natal Depression, Eating Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma, Adjustment disorders, Psychosis, Addiction, Depression and Anxiety disorders. My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills & using Acceptance & Commitment Therapy concepts. I am also an Eating disorder Credentialled clinician. I am passionate in helping people access evidence-based, research informed education, so people from all walks of life can find peace in their bodies. I want to educate as many people as I can, so I also offer online programs on my website around topics such as How to stop body comparing, and How to stop Over(or Binge) eating. I am working on my signature program on How to stop hating your body.
