Dr Sarah Hughes is a clinical psychologist, author, board-approved supervisor, and founder of Think Clinical Psychologists.
She holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and PhD from The University of Sydney, and has nearly 20 years� experience working with adults, kids, teens and families. She supports clients with a range of emotional, behavioural and relationship concerns, including complex and longstanding difficulties.
Sarah works with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, burnout, work stress, relationship issues, eating concerns, and the emotional challenges of pregnancy and early parenthood.
She also works with kids and teens with emotional and behavioural problems, anxiety, low mood, eating disorders, self-harm, school stress, friendship issues and family adjustment.
