I am a clinical psychologist having practiced as a psychologist for 25 years. I work in an integrated framework, with specific training in CBT, ACT, DBT, internal family systems therapy, solution focused therapy, schema informed and psychodynamic therapy.
My approach is authentic, empathic and strengths-based with expertise and skills in assisting individuals improve their psychological flexibility and build their inner resources by exploring underlying family of origin issues whilst also problem solving in the 'here and now'.
I am a board approved supervisor of provisional supervisors and I supervise masters of professional psychology students at the Institute for Social Neuroscience as well as for psychologists seeking clinical supervision.
I have extensive training and experience in psychological assessment across the life span, including conducting psycho-educational, cognitive and ADHD assessments.
