Medicare Clinical Psychologist Provider

I offer a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy where you can feel supported to explore challenges and make meaningful change without judgement or pressure. I work with adults, children, and adolescents across a range of concerns, including anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, grief and loss, parenting challenges, and perinatal and infant mental health. I aim to create a space where you feel understood, while developing practical strategies and deeper insight to support lasting change. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, integrating practical strategies with deeper exploration of patterns, relationships, and experiences. I support both immediate coping and longer-term change, helping you build insight and develop ways of responding that feel more manageable and meaningful.
