Tom works with adolescents and adults facing challenges with sporting performance, anxiety, depression, life and work stress, and general mental health struggles. Tom�s approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). His view of 1:1 work is to help clients identify the life they want, what's getting in the way, and supporting the required changes.
He works out of Adelaide and Victor Harbor/Fleurieu, and telehealth Australia-wide.
