Holly has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, body image concerns, life stressors and transitions, and interpersonal and relationship difficulties.

Holly draws on evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Enhanced (CBT-E), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
