Whatever stage of life you're in, I believe that getting support for your mental health makes you brave and strong. The vulnerability of opening up to someone can seem daunting, but staying where you are might be more daunting. I provide my clients with a safe and non-judgemental space to be vulnerable, to be honest with yourself and to be brave. I have almost 10 years experience in trauma-informed care with individuals and families. Together, we'll help you feel safe in making changes to feel more connected with what you want your life to be and with your loved ones.

My experience as a psychologist has been in the public and private sector. I have a background of working with forensic clients (e.g., victims of crime, child protection referrals, and those who've been convicted of crime). I conduct therapy, and provide forensic reports for court and other legal purposes. I am also a Board-approved supervisor.
