I'm an experienced clinical psychologist and psychodynamic therapist with a special interest in how developmental experiences shape personality and contribute to emotional difficulties.

I work with adults, children, parents and families from a framework informed by attachment, neurodevelopment, relational perspectives on personality and identity, and neurobiological understandings of trauma. I am trained and experienced in a number of modern evidence-based therapies including mentalization-based treatment, EMDR, and schema therapy.
