High achievers can appear to be fine on the outside but harbour problems on the inside that they know are impacting their personal lives. Therapy is a safe space to address subtle, chronic, and even complex mental health concerns.
Many clients can recognise patterns in their mental health. I aim to provide opportunities for change. We can explore methods that suit you, making changes that help in a real and sustainable way.
In the context of therapy, I provide assessments for clinical presentations as needed -e.g. anxiety, depression, ADHD
I provide psychological treatment for ADHD (e.g. skills, coaching, problem solving, strategies, etc.).
