I am a warm and friendly clinical psychologist supporting people of all ages with a variety of challenges including(but not limited to) anxiety/worry, stress, burnout, low self-esteem, emotion dysregulation, grief, and the effects of PTSD and complex trauma. With eight years of experience across hospitals, clinics and research settings, I offer evidence-based, compassionate care.
Many clients appear to cope well outwardly yet privately feel anxious, overwhelmed or drained. My practice is a calm space to explore what is happening beneath the surface and understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. I primarily draw upon CBT, DBT, schema therapy and attachment-based approaches.
I have a special interest and expertise in the treatment of anxiety, stress (home, study or work related), and PTSD. My PhD examined how stress affects treatment outcomes, and I have spent ten years working in a leading PTSD clinic, informing my trauma-focused approach.
I offer in-person and telehealth.
