Lisa holds a Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and has over 20 years of experience treating a range of mental health and wellbeing difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, Adult ADHD, adjustment disorder, along with issues such as family and relationship problems for individuals, stress, healthy weight management, and parenting difficulties. She has worked across a number of clinical settings including private practice, community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation, and acute mental health services. Lisa has training and experience in a range of evidence-based psychological therapies including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other mindfulness-based interventions.
