I am a psychologist working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD (including complex trauma), stress, adjustment difficulties, grief, self-esteem concerns, personality patterns, and acute distress. I also support people facing crisis situations or life disruptions. My background includes community mental health and forensic settings, working with diverse and complex presentations, including high-risk cases involving self-harm and suicidality, as well as clients navigating NDIS and WorkCover. I provide a calm, direct, and supportive space where you can speak openly and work through difficulties at a manageable pace. My approach is practical, focusing on understanding your experiences and developing strategies for everyday life. You may be new to therapy or have tried support before without success. If you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to cope, therapy can help you regain stability, confidence, and direction. I currently have evening availability.
