I am a registered psychologist working with adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, low mood, trauma-related difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and stress associated with life transitions. I take a collaborative and non-judgemental approach to therapy, with a focus on helping people feel supported, understood, and empowered to make changes that are meaningful to them.
I have over five years experience working in mental health settings and experience supporting adults as a registered psychologist across general and acute mental health, trauma, personality vulnerability, and complex presentations. I place strong importance on tailoring therapy to each persons unique circumstances, values, and goals.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, and I primarily draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, informed by trauma-aware principles.
