Tonia is passionate about helping people to achieve healthy sleep so that they feel more energised, productive, healthy and happy. In 2019 she established Talking Sleep, a specialist psychology clinic for helping people to sleep better. Tonia provides best practice, evidence based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI), in the context of a safe, warm and compassionate relationship.
