Tonia is passionate about helping people to achieve healthy sleep so that they feel more energised, productive, healthy and happy. In 2019 she established Talking Sleep, a special psychology clinic for helping adults, teens, children and families sleep better. Tonia and her team provide best practice, evidence based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI), in the context of a safe, warm and compassionate relationship.
