Tonia Martin understands the toll that poor sleep takes � not just at night, but across the whole of a person's life. Over more than 25 years of clinical practice, she has supported many people to create real and lasting improvements in sleep quality and quantity, including those who had tried other approaches without success.
Tonia is a Clinical & Counselling Psychologist and founder of Talking Sleep Psychology, a telehealth-only practice serving adults and older adults across Australia.
Her approach integrates CBT-I (the gold standard treatment for chronic insomnia) with Compassion Focused Therapy, ACT, and EMDR. She has a particular interest in midlife women navigating sleep disruption alongside hormonal transition and the pressures of this life stage.
