Membership Renewals FAQ
I am having trouble logging in. What should I do?
There’s a few quick steps worth trying before getting in touch with us:
- Open a private or incognito browser window and try signing in again
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser or device
- Make sure you’re using your correct Member Number and password
If you’re still having trouble after completing these steps, please contact our Member Services team Or call 1800 333 497. It will help us resolve things faster if you can include:
- Your Member Number
- A screenshot of the error (if possible)
- The browser and device you are using
I reset my password but still cannot log in
Old browser sessions can sometimes interfere with the login process, even after a password reset.
Try:
- Closing all browser windows completely
- Opening a new private/incognito session
- Attempting the password reset again
When signing in, make sure you’re using the most recent password you created – earlier rest links expire once a new one is generated.
Which browsers are recommended?
For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of one of the following:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari (Apple devices only)
Older browser versions may not be fully compatible with our member portal’s authentication process, so keeping your browser up to date is a good first step if you’re experiencing any issues.
I’m seeing an error message when I try to log in
Please don’t hesitate to contact our Member Services team when this happens: error messages can be tricky to diagnose and resolve without more context. When you get in touch, it helps to have on-hand, or send to us:
- A screenshot of the full error message
- The time the error occurred
- Details about the browser and device you are using.
This information helps the team identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
