As part of the APS’ digital transformation, we would like to announce some exciting changes to our Professional Advisory Service.

Our commitment to digital innovation ensures we continuously reimagine the ways which we support our members, making it easier for you to access the professional development, events, resources and information you need quickly and easily.

The PAS team have started using a new internal system; Microsoft Dynamics 365. We have been building a fit-for-purpose system to ensure our members receive a fast and personalised experience from our PAS team.

Although this change won't change the way you interact with our PAS team, you may notice a case number associated with your query. This assists the PAS team to seamlessly track your query.

As the PAS team are learning a brand-new technology, please be mindful that they may take a little longer to provide advice across the next few weeks.
