Dr Kimberley Norris is the Director of Postgraduate Professional Training (Psychology and Counselling) and Director of Learning and Teaching in the Division of Psychology at the University of Tasmania, and a practising clinical psychologist. Her teaching spans undergraduate and postgraduate Psychology education. Her research strengths are in the areas of resilience and adaptation, in both extreme and normative environments.
Kimberley is the consultant clinical psychologist to the Australian Antarctic Division, and an assessor for the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC). She is also an Associate Member of the Joint Scientific Committee for Antarctic Research (SCAR) – Council of Managers of National Antarctic Programs (COMNAP) Expert Group on Human Biology and Medicine, and SCAR Standing Committee on the Humanities and Social Sciences.
