Telehealth available

Sandra creates a supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and talk openly without judgement. She knows many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in patterns they cant shift.

She works alongside you to make sense of whats happening and develop practical strategies to feel more in control and cope day-to-day, while building lasting skills and confidence.

Sandra is a registered psychologist working with adults, supporting stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, anger, life transitions, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and chronic pain.

She primarily works from a cognitive behavioural framework (CBT, DBT, ACT, UP), helping you understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviours connect. Therapy is tailored to you, with strategies you can use in everyday life.
