I am a psychologist with a background in school psychology and extensive experience supporting children, adolescents and adults across a wide range of mental health and wellbeing concerns. I provide a warm and collaborative approach, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to tailor treatment to each person's goals and circumstances.
In addition to therapy, I conduct psychological assessments for learning, attention, memory and cognitive concerns, including assessments to assist in the identification of ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions where appropriate. I have experience supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), perfectionism, and those at risk of self-harm or suicide. My aim is to help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and take a practical approach to their wellbeing.
