Medicare Psychologist Provider

Telehealth available

I take a compassionate, practical and strengths-based approach to therapy. I value each persons individuality and the unique experiences they bring.

I work with people aged 15 and over to build clarity, motivation and balance in life and to navigate challenges such as anxiety, obsessivecompulsive concerns, depression, eating and body-image difficulties, substance use, grief, burnout, and relationship or parenting stress. I have a particular interest in perinatal mental health, including fertility, pregnancy, birth, loss and early parenting.

I am an approachable and collaborative therapist who believes in supporting clients to create meaningful, lasting change.
