I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, and life transitions.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and respectful of each person's story. I draw on evidence-based therapies including attachment-based, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural approaches, adapting my practice to what each client needs.

Before psychology, I worked in broadcasting and community settings, experiences that deepened my curiosity about how people make meaning and rise abover adversity. I bring that same curiosity and respect into every clinical relationship.
