I hold a Master of Clinical Psychology and work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, and life transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and respectful of each person's story. I draw on evidence-based therapies including attachment-based, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural approaches, adapting my practice to what each client needs.
Before psychology, I worked in broadcasting and community settings, experiences that deepened my curiosity about how people make meaning and rise abover adversity. I bring that same curiosity and respect into every clinical relationship.
