I'm a calm, approachable psychologist committed to creating a respectful, supportive space where you feel genuinely understood. I believe meaningful therapy begins with understanding your experiences, strengths and what matters most to you.
I have particular experience in ADHD assessment, autism, and supporting people across the lifespan with mental health and disability-related challenges. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, adjustment difficulties, ADHD and autism.
While I primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I tailor my approach by integrating other evidence-based methods to suit your unique circumstances, goals and strengths. I'm here to help you navigate difficult periods, develop greater self-understanding, and build practical skills to move forward with confidence.
