Kathy is a Clinical and Health Psychologist providing evidence-based support to adults experiencing a range of psychological & health-related challenges. She works with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, workplace stress, bullying and harassment, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, ASD,& ADHD. In her Health Psychology practice, Kathy supports people adjusting to acute, chronic, or life-changing conditions such as Cancer, Parkinson�s Disease, Huntington�s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, infectious diseases, loss of limbs, and reduced mobility. She also assists with workplace injury, rehabilitation, and pain management.
Her approach is collaborative & practical, helping clients build resilience and apply strategies between sessions through therapeutic homework.
Based in Sydney, Kathy also provides Telehealth consultations for rural and remote clients.
