Angela is a registered psychologist with a Master�s in Clinical Psychology and over six years� experience supporting people as a counsellor. She is registered with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Working from a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming lens, Angela supports clients through life�s changes with compassion and clarity. She has a special interest in anxiety, low mood, life transitions, cultural adjustment, and the challenges of parenting.
Warm, curious, and collaborative, Angela creates a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard as they work toward meaningful change. She tailors each session techniques drawn from a range of modalities including CBT, ACT, mindfulness, IFS, and other integrative approaches.
Angela finds deep meaning in this work and feels honoured to witness clients reconnect with themselves and create positive, lasting change.
