Roisin offers support to adults with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, overwhelm, a history of trauma or complex family dynamics, relationship difficulties, harmful coping strategies, grief (including ambiguous loss).

Roisin's approach is underpinned by evidenced-based treatments including Schema Therapy, Attachment Based Family Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy & Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Roisin is undertaking EMDR training in Oct 2025.

Roisin's experience providing psychological interventions spans schools, community mental health teams, inpatient mental health and private practice.
