Judy has worked as a psychologist for more than 30 years in a variety of settings and has had her own Private Practice since 1995. She has a broad range of expertise having worked with clients requiring psychological assistance for anxiety, depression, phobias, panic attacks, relationship difficulties, parenting issues, behavioural problems, eating disorders, smoking cessation, grief and loss.

Judy uses a variety of evidence based therapies including CBT, ACT,EMDR solution focussed therapies and positive psychology techniques. Judy also teaches mindfulness meditation and uses hypnotherapy in her practice.

Judy offers appointments during the day, in the evening and on Saturdays.
