Emily is a Psychologist (Clinical Psychology Registrar) who provides compassionate, evidence-based support for adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health and life challenges.

Emily has experience working across private practice, hospital, school, and telephone counselling settings. She has an interest in women's health, psycho-gastroenterology, chronic pain and complex health conditions, and is also experienced in ADHD and cognitive assessment.

Emily draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and somatic therapies, and integrates strategies tailored to each client�s individual needs and goals. Emily is completing a Diploma of Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy and has a strong interest in holistic and integrative approaches to mental health care.

Fees (45 to 60 - minute session)
