With over 14 years experience in the mental health space, I am a registered psychologist with training in educational and developmental psychology. My experience spans across schools, community services, and private practice, and my approach is collaborative, practical, evidence-based, and, at its core, non-judgemental. My aim is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care as we work toward meaningful and lasting change, using tailored, evidence-based treatments.
I provide comprehensive psychological assessments across the lifespan, including learning, cognitive, and behavioural assessments, with a special interest in Specific Learning Disorders, Autism, and ADHD.
I also work therapeutically with children, adolescents, and families, supporting a range of concerns including anxiety, perfectionism, school refusal, resilience building, social skills and connection, low self-esteem, mood and adjustment difficulties, neurodiversity, and eating and body image concerns.
