Jeremy has experience across a range of settings, community based mental health services, schools, and private practice. Jeremy enjoys working with adolescents and adults across a range of presentations, including neurodivergence, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and relationship difficulties, amongst other issues. Jeremy values building meaningful therapeutic relationships and strives to create a warm, supportive space.
Jeremy is committed to using evidence-based treatments, utilising a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing strategies.
Jeremy also has an interest in psychological assessment and conducts cognitive assessments, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), behavioural assessments, and educational assessments.
