Im a Clinical Psychologist Registrar who works with adolescents and adults, supporting a range of psychological concerns. My experience spans hospital and private practice settings, where Ive worked with anxiety and mood disorders, stress, grief and adjustment issues, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I also support individuals during the perinatal period and understand the emotional changes that can arise at this time.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person. I value creating a safe, trusting space to explore challenges together at a pace that feels right. Therapy with me is a shared process of insight and growth. I aim to help clients build resilience, strengthen connection to themselves and others, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.

I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, narrative, somatic, and trauma-informed methods, to best support each persons needs and goals.
