Katy's clinical interests include trauma and PTSD, anxiety and mood, interpersonal issues, identity, sexual function, and ADHD. She also offers WPATH assessments for adults seeking gender affirming care and have a particular interest in working with LGBTQIA+ adults navigating sexuality and identity concerns.
Katy draw on multiple therapeutic approaches to suit her clients, but her main modalities include Schema Therapy, EMDR, ACT, CBT, and DBT.
