Rachelle is a clinical psychologist and supports adults experiencing a broad range of challenges. She has 7+ years� experience as a psychologist, and over 10 years� experience within mental health research and teaching.
Rachelle's passion in psychotherapy is within understanding each individual in their own unique way, helping them gain a deeper understanding about themselves and their relationships, and supporting them to create meaningful change.
Rachelle describes her therapeutic style as compassionate, collaborative, and depth-oriented. She primarily practices from a relational psychodynamic approach, and has also been trained in somatic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and EMDR.
Rachelle additionally provides clinical supervision to provisional psychologists and clinical psychology registrars.
