Welcome! My name is Karen Richens and I am a clinical psychologist practicing since 2011 with lived experience of neurodivergence.

My passion is helping adults aged 18+ with:

*Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) & Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) - Screening, formal assessment, diagnosis, & treatment strategies for self-exploration

*Anxiety Disorders - Agoraphobia, death & health anxiety, generalised anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic, social anxiety & specific phobias

*Perfectionism, Low Self-Esteem & Assertiveness - Using Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy & Mindfulness

*Adjustment difficulties associated with workplace stress & bullying - Under WorkCover
