My work spans face-to-face sessions, telehealth, and the development of programs that help individuals manage mental health challenges, chronic conditions, and the impact of cancer.
I draw on evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing to tailor support to each person�s needs. Throughout my career I�ve worked with clients from all backgrounds across both private and public settings.
