I support people experiencing anxiety, stress and emotions associated with various challenges ie: life transitions; chronic health issues and terminal illness; being a carer of patient or elderly family members; grief and loss; sleep disorders; pain management; and a lack of direction and goal setting.
Taking a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to emotions, mind and body, I utilise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); CBT for Pain Management; Solution-focused therapy; Positive Psychology; Acceptance and Commitment therapy; and Mindfulness strategies to achieve impactful outcomes.
